Course Description: COACH for Success: How to Hold Performance Conversations Like A Pro describes the role of the supervisor/manager as coach, discusses how coaching can lead to an increase in job performance, and provides a model and processes for providing effective coaching. The course includes sample effective coaching discussions between managers and employees.
